GripDeck uses external haulage firms or couriers to carry out all deliveries.
All deliveries will be Monday – Friday only and between 8:00 and 5:00
We will not be able to advise an exact delivery time.
These items will be sent via UPS/TNT. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver they will leave a card and you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery.
Larger items and Timber Decking
These items will be sent via the pallet force network. We will contact you to organize a suitable delivery day during the week. Someone will need to be there to accept and unload the delivery. Please note that the drivers will not unload the goods, so for orders of large items or timber decking you will need to have suitable man power or forklift available to unload. You must be able to unload your delivery within 20 minutes of the delivery vehicle arriving.
The delivery address must be on a suitable road for safe delivery and unloading. If safe access cannot be achieved, your order will be taken away by the haulage firm. The customer must then contact GripDeck to arrange a re-delivery. There may be a re-delivery charge associated with this.
GripDeck shall not be liable for any loss or damage to or in connection with the order during unloading carried out by the customer. GripDeck will not be liable for any losses relating to waiting times or loss of work hours in connection with late deliveries. We strongly recommend you plan for your order to arrive at least 2 days before your installation date. Where possible avoid deliveries on Fridays, as problems due to heavy traffic etc will often result in a redelivery after the weekend.
