A simple slip resistant solution for high footfall areas
Stadia Strips™ were especially designed to provide an anti slip solution for large scale concrete based buildings such as sports stadiums. They work equally well inlaid into timber.
Finished to the usual high specification of all Gripdeck products Stadia Strips can be quickly and simply fitted across heavily staired areas.
The strips are designed to fit into a 6mm deep rebate in concrete or timber, with the aggregate sitting slightly proud of the surrounding surfaces. This gives slip resistance without a trip hazard or underfoot discomfort to pedestrians. Our preformed strips are ideal for retro fitting to existing structures, where there is heavy footfall.
Finishing Options
The strips are available in 12mm and 23mm wide sizes. For large scale projects we can offer custom made strips to suit any non standard requirements. It is also possible to change the colour of the aggregate to enhance visibility. As a preformed product we can offer Stadia Strips™ on a purely supply basis to the whole of the UK and Europe.
