- Ensure staff or subcontractors are adequately trained to undertake their duties
- Refer unresolved customer complaints to the TDA Dispute Resolution Service and accept the outcome
DeckMark® Plus
DeckMark® Plus is a TDA initiative designed to meet requests from architects and commercial designers for formal performance guidance for the slip resistance rating of deckboard surfaces like decking.
DeckMark® Plus enables architects and designers to specify boards that have been independently slip tested in line with BS7976 and provide a ‘low slip potential’ in both wet and dry conditions. Our enhanced GripDeck decking range has been slip resistance tested to BS7976 and has a ‘low slip potential’ rating in both wet and dry test conditions.

FSC – Forest Stewardship Council
FSC is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests. It was founded in 1993 in response to public concern about deforestation and demand for a trustworthy wood-labelling scheme.
GripDeck supply products certified under the FSC system. When you specify FSC timber, it means you can have confidence that you are not contributing to the destruction of the world’s forests.
100% Birch Anti Slip Panels
For quality and sustainability, GripDeck only use 100% exterior quality Birch plywood in our Slip Resistant Panels. When specifying anti slip panels, make sure your panels are 100% Birch and not just Birch exteriors filled with a lesser quality core layers.
